What does waterproof jewelry mean?
Waterproof jewelry refers to jewelry that can withstand contact with water without tarnishing, rusting, or losing its shine. Alora Avenue's jewelry is made from 316L stainless steel with PVD plating, making it extremely resistant to water, sweat, and everyday wear and tear.
Can I shower with my Alora Avenue jewelry?
Yes! Our jewelry is designed to withstand water. You can shower, wash your hands, and even swim with them. The PVD plating ensures they retain their shine regardless of water exposure.
Can I swim in the ocean with the jewelry?
Absolutely. 316L stainless steel is the same material used in marine environments and tolerates saltwater excellently. Feel free to rinse the jewelry with clean water afterward for the best results.
Will the color fade or wear off?
PVD plating is significantly more durable than traditional plating. While regular gold-plated jewelry often loses its color within a few months, PVD-plated jewelry maintains its surface for several years with normal use.

What is 316L stainless steel?
316L is the highest quality of stainless steel for jewelry. It is also known as "surgical steel" and is the same material used in medical implants. It is nickel-free, hypoallergenic, and extremely resistant to corrosion.
Is the jewelry hypoallergenic?
Yes, all Alora Avenue jewelry is nickel-free and hypoallergenic. 316L stainless steel is a hypoallergenic material suitable even for the most sensitive skin.

How long is the delivery time?
We ship all orders within 1–2 business days. Normal delivery time within Sweden is 2–5 business days. For purchases of at least SEK 299, we offer free shipping.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all common payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, Klarna (invoice and partial payment), Swish, and Apple Pay.
How do I best care for my jewelry?
The best thing about our waterproof jewelry is that it requires minimal maintenance. Wipe them with a soft cloth occasionally. Avoid strong chemicals like high concentrations of chlorine. Otherwise — wear them every day without worry!
