Return and Refund Policy
We offer a 30-day return policy on all our jewelry. Please note that the jewelry must be unused and returned in its original packaging for the return to be approved.
Free returns within Sweden
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@aloraavenue.com from the email address used when placing the order. In your request, please include the following:
- Order number
- Name
- Email address
This will help us process your return faster.
Processing returns
- It may take up to 14 days for us to receive your return.
- Once we have received the return, it will be processed within 2–5 business days.
- After the return has been approved, we will issue a refund via the same payment method used for the purchase.
- The refund may take 3–5 banking days to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
Important guidelines
- All returns must follow the process described above.
- We do not accept packages sent to us without prior contact and adherence to our instructions.
- We are not responsible for return packages sent without a correct shipping label or guidelines.
